In short: email grievance@rulefix.in. We acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 30 days (never more than 90). If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
1.Grievance Officer
Our Grievance Officer handles complaints about how RuleFix processes personal data and about the service generally, and can answer questions about our processing on our behalf.
- Name: Akshat Shukla
- Designation: Director and Grievance Officer
- Email: grievance@rulefix.in
- Post: 197, Chaudhary Mohalla, Gulab Nagar, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh 243003, India
2.How to raise a grievance
Email grievance@rulefix.in (or write to the postal address above). To help us act quickly, include:
- your name and the email address on your RuleFix account (or your account ID) — this is how we identify you;
- what happened, when, and what you would like us to do;
- any relevant screenshots, request IDs or earlier correspondence.
You can also raise a grievance on behalf of someone else as their nominee or lawful guardian; we will ask for proof of that. If your grievance is about data in a customer's code or website, we may also pass it to that customer, who controls that data.
For requests to access, correct or erase your data, you can use Settings → Privacy directly — it is usually faster.

4.Escalating to the Data Protection Board of India
If you are not satisfied with our response, or we don't respond in time, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, which the DPDP Act, 2023 establishes. The Board operates digitally: complaints can be filed and tracked online. The DPDP Act asks you to use our grievance process first. Appeals against the Board's decisions lie to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT).
Information about the Board and the data protection framework is published by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology at meity.gov.in/data-protection-framework.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.
